1 cup butter softened
2 cups pecans
2 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
6 heaping tblsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Powdered sugar to coat baked cookies
Mix all ingredients until smooth. roll into 1" balls
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes (until slightly brown) in 325 degree oven.
Shake in bag with powdered sugar while still warm.
Makes about 5 dozen
