Ingredients:
1 head Romaine lettuce, finely torn, dry
1 head cauliflower, broken into little bite sized pieces
1 lg bermuda or vidalia onion, very thinly sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/4 c. sugar
2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Starting with the lettuce, and following in order listed, layer each ingredient in a large
glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
