Corn Salad

I think I would use cooked fresh corn for this in the summertime.
Would be great with hamburgers

1 pkg. frozen whole kernal corn (thawed)
6-8 slices bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
2-3 garlic cloves, minced (more if you like garlic)
2-3 chopped fresh jalapeno peppers, membrane and seeds removed
2-3 stems of chopped green onion
1 c. grated colby/jack cheese (the marlbed cheese)
Original Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
In a large mixing bowl combine all chopped vegetables with corn. Stir in enough dressing to coat vegetables well. Then stir in cheese and crumble bacon on top.
