Black Bean Salad with Feta Cheese Salad

1 can of drained black beans
1 chopped red bell pepper
2 chopped green onions
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
2 ounces feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl gently. Cover it and chill for sometime in the fridge. Enjoy this low calorie salad!
