Easy Ice Cream Caramel Rolls

3 pkg refrigerator biscuits
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup vanilla ice cream
cinnamon and sugar

Grease a 9x13 pan and place biscuits in pan.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar.
Microwave brown sugar and butter for 1 minute.
Stir until smooth.
Add ice cream and microwave for 1 more minute.
Stir until blended and pour over biscuits.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
