Pumpkin Butter Spread

1- 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. apples, peeled, and grated
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. apple juice

Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Mix well and cook on high for 1 1/2 hrs. Reduce heat to low and cook an additional 5-6 hrs. Makes 3 cups!
